Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Fantasy Heartbeat. By using the service, you agree to them.

1. The service
Fantasy Heartbeat is a fantasy football intelligence service for dynasty, redraft, and guillotine formats. It connects to your fantasy leagues and provides rankings, AI-generated player intelligence, trade analysis, and waiver and survival recommendations. Features may vary by your league's format and platform and by any optional purchases you make, and the service evolves over time.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You can browse public player pages without an account. To connect a league and save your data, you create an account by signing in with Google, with an email and password, or with an emailed magic link. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure and for activity under your account, and for notifying us of any unauthorized use.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Fantasy Heartbeat, and old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction (generally 18) to purchase a subscription. By using the service you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Connecting third-party leagues
When you connect a league from Sleeper, FleaFlicker, Yahoo, or ESPN, you authorize us to read your league and roster data on your behalf to power your views. You must have the right to connect that league and must comply with the connected platform's own terms. Fantasy Heartbeat is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NFL or any of those platforms. Those platforms may change or restrict their access at any time, which can affect availability.
4. Plans and billing
Fantasy Heartbeat is currently free to use. The free tier includes the core experience — rankings, player intelligence, trade and waiver tools, and the survival and draft features — and lets you connect an unlimited number of leagues at no cost. There is no league limit on the free tier.
We may offer optional paid purchases that are in addition to the free tier. Today these consist of one-time purchases (for example, a seasonal draft kit); we may also introduce optional paid subscription features in the future (for example, automation tools). Any such paid offering is an add-on to the free product, not a replacement for it. Optional purchases are never required to use the free tier, and buying nothing leaves the full free product available to you.
The features included in the free tier, the details of any optional purchases, and current prices are shown on the applicable purchase or subscription page and may change over time; existing purchasers and subscribers are notified of material changes that affect them. For the 2026 Guillotine Draft Kit, the purchase page and checkout confirm that $19 total; applicable taxes included. Where an optional offering is a recurring subscription, it renews automatically at the then-current price until you cancel, and by subscribing you authorize us and our payment processor (Stripe) to charge your payment method on that recurring basis.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel any paid subscription anytime. If you hold a recurring subscription, cancellation is self-serve: open the Stripe billing portal from your subscription settings (Settings → Subscription) to cancel, update your payment method, or view invoices. No phone call or email is required.
When you cancel a subscription, your paid access continues through the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and the subscription is not renewed after that. Your account then returns to the free tier — your connected leagues and saved data remain unless you delete them.
The 2026 Guillotine Draft Kit has a customer-favorable refund promise: Request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase. If the paid 2026 Draft Kit board is unavailable or withheld as stale for more than 24 consecutive hours during draft season, you can request a full refund regardless of when you purchased it. We do not require proof of a first pick, download, screenshot, or product use.
Request a refund by emailing support@fantasyheartbeat.com from the address on your account. We acknowledge refund requests within one business day and resolve them, or provide a status update, within three business days. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; your bank controls when the credit appears.
Except for the 2026 Guillotine Draft Kit promise above or another refund expressly offered by us in writing, payments are non-refundable, including one-time purchases and partial subscription periods. Canceling a recurring subscription stops future charges but does not automatically refund a completed billing period; contact us if you believe a charge is wrong or the product did not deliver what was promised. Nothing in this section limits refund rights provided by applicable law.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, resell, or redistribute the service's data or output in bulk, or use it to build a competing product.
- Reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure.
- Connect leagues or accounts you do not control or are not authorized to access.
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of a connected platform's terms.
7. Disclaimers — advice is informational
Fantasy Heartbeat provides analysis, projections, and recommendations for informational and entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee any outcome. Rankings, values, survival and trade recommendations, and AI-generated intelligence are predictions and opinions — not guarantees of player performance or league results, and not financial, investment, or betting advice. Fantasy football involves risk and chance, and your decisions are your own.
Data is sourced from third parties and AI models and may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. AI-generated content can contain errors. The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Intellectual property
The service, including its software, design, and original content, belongs to Fantasy Heartbeat and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the service for your own fantasy football management. Team, league, and player names and marks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fantasy Heartbeat and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost fantasy winnings, league standings, or opportunities, arising from your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fantasy Heartbeat and its operator from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the service, your violation of these terms or of any law, your violation of a connected platform's terms, or your infringement of any third party's rights.
11. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or use the service in a way that harms it or other users. On termination, your right to use the service ends; the disclaimer, liability, and other terms that should survive will continue to apply.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and Fantasy Heartbeat agree that the state and federal courts located in that state have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that is not subject to small claims court, and you consent to venue there.
