1. Independence and non-affiliation

Fantasy Heartbeat is an independent fantasy football tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with the National Football League (NFL), any NFL team, any NFL player or player association, or any fantasy platform — including Sleeper, FleaFlicker, Yahoo, and ESPN. We connect to those platforms only to read your own leagues on your behalf, at your request.

NFL, team, league, and platform names and logos are the property of their respective owners. We reference them only to identify the real players, teams, and services our tool works with.

2. Entertainment and information — not betting or gambling advice

Fantasy Heartbeat provides fantasy football rankings, analysis, projections, and recommendations for informational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing on this service is betting, gambling, sports-wagering, financial, or investment advice, and nothing here is an inducement or recommendation to place a bet or wager.

We do not operate a paid-entry contest, sportsbook, or daily fantasy-sports game. We do not accept entry fees, hold a prize pool, or pay out winnings. If you choose to participate in a league that involves money, that arrangement is entirely between you and the people who run that league, and it is your responsibility to make sure it is legal where you live.

3. No guarantee of outcomes

Fantasy football involves real-world uncertainty, injury, and chance. We do not guarantee any outcome. Rankings, player values, survival and trade recommendations, waiver and FAAB guidance, and AI-generated player intelligence are predictions and opinions — not guarantees of player performance, league standings, or winnings. Data comes from third parties and AI models and may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong, and AI-generated text can contain errors. Your decisions are your own, and you use the service at your own risk.

4. Where our data comes from

Our rankings and intelligence are built from aggregated, publicly available NFL information (such as player statistics, news, depth charts, and injury reports) combined with our own first-party models and analysis. Where we rely on open datasets — for example nflverse, which is published under a Creative Commons Attribution (CC-BY) license — we use them under their terms and attribute them.

Player names and statistics are factual sports information. We do not republish third-party proprietary ranking or valuation products in their raw form; where we show a value, it is our own derived output. You can see how our published models have actually performed on our Track Record page.

5. Trademarks and third-party names

All product names, logos, and brands referenced on Fantasy Heartbeat are the property of their respective owners. We use them only for identification and reference (nominative use), and their use does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.

Fantasy platform and format names — for example, the platforms listed above and the leagues you connect — are named descriptively so you know which service or format a feature applies to. Where we describe an elimination-style format commonly known as a "guillotine" league, we use that word descriptively to refer to the style of play, not as a brand of our own.

6. Payments, subscriptions, and refunds

Fantasy Heartbeat is free to use. We also offer optional paid purchases (for example, a seasonal draft kit or a Pro subscription) that add to — but never replace — the free product. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. For the full billing, cancellation, and refund terms, see our Terms of Service (sections on plans, billing, cancellation, and refunds). In short: you can cancel a subscription anytime from your billing portal, paid access runs through the period you already paid for, and payments are generally non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

7. Age requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; if you believe a child under 13 has provided us information, contact support@fantasyheartbeat.com and we will delete it. Buying a paid subscription requires you to be old enough to form a binding contract where you live (generally 18). Full details are in our Privacy Policy (Children and minors).

8. Your data and privacy choices

You control your data. You can delete your account and personal data yourself from Settings (Settings → Delete account), which cancels any active subscription, revokes connected-platform access, and erases your personal records, and you can request an export of your data. Depending on where you live (including under the EU/UK GDPR and the California CCPA/CPRA), you may also have rights to access, correct, or port your data. We do not sell or share your personal information.

For analytics, we use a privacy-first, first-party measurement pipeline that runs only after you accept the cookie-consent banner, and it never includes your personal content. We do not run third-party advertising networks or cross-site tracking. How all of this works — what we collect, our sub-processors, cookies, and how to exercise your rights — is described in full in our Privacy Policy.

9. Not professional advice

Fantasy Heartbeat does not provide legal, tax, financial, medical, or other professional advice. Information about a player's injury or status, for example, is aggregated public reporting for fantasy context — not medical information. For advice specific to your situation, consult an appropriately qualified professional.
