Zamir White

At 26.4 years old in a position where RBs decline sharply, White averaged just 2.8 YPC in 2024 and showed no elite production markers. His age cliff combined with poor performance makes him a sell candidate.

White is buried as RB3 behind Ashton Jeanty (6th overall pick, 1,321 scrimmage yards in 2025) and 33-year-old Raheem Mostert. White was a healthy scratch in Week 4 and managed only 25 yards on 12 carries (2.1 YPC) in 2025.

Raiders GM John Spytek was actively shopping White at the combine. With limited market value and youth needing opportunity immediately, a trade or release becomes increasingly likely in 2026.

White played out his rookie contract in 2025 and the Raiders declined to bring him back, leaving him a free agent with no confirmed landing spot heading into 2026. This is the most pressing dynasty concern — he has no guaranteed role anywhere.

Ashton Jeanty logged 266 carries as a rookie and will command an enormous share of LVR's backfield for years. Even if White returned, there is virtually no path to meaningful volume behind a generational RB1 prospect.

White's 2025 snap share cratered to 4% in his final game (Week 18) with a 1.9 PPG average across just 5 games. Every usage vector — snaps, targets, carries — trended sharply downward before the season concluded.

As a free agent, White could land on a team with a weaker RB room and win a starting or high-volume RB2 role — the only realistic path to dynasty relevance. He has youth, size, and athleticism that could appeal to a scheme-specific fit.

If Jeanty or Mostert suffer injuries before March free agency, White could see temporary volume increase. However, his 2.1 YPC in 2025 suggests he won't capitalize productively even with opportunity.

A team with RB attrition during training camp could offer a late signing, giving White a low-probability path back to a 53-man roster as a camp body.

If he secures a spot and the RB room ahead of him suffers injury, White could generate a short-term waiver-wire spike — but not enough to restore lasting dynasty equity from this baseline.

If Las Vegas commits to White as the primary back in their 2025 offense, he could see 200+ touches, providing mid-tier RB2 value despite aging profile.
