Risk Flags
4- Depth Chart
Mark Andrews returns as the clear TE1, and fourth-round rookie Matthew Hibner is better positioned to absorb the receiving-TE2 role vacated by Isaiah Likely. Cuevas enters as the fourth tight end on the depth chart with a blocking-first profile.
- Role Ceiling
Cuevas is evaluated primarily as an inline Y-TE and blocking specialist; dynasty community sources (DynastySignal board rank ~205) project him as an H-back/fullback hybrid rather than a receiving threat, severely capping his fantasy upside even if he makes the 53-man roster.
- Target Competition
Even with Likely and Kolar departing, Hibner (Round 4) is the Ravens' bet to fill the pass-catching TE2 vacancy. Cuevas would need Hibner to fail and Andrews to miss time to see meaningful target share.
- Veteran Ahead
Durham Smythe followed OC Declan Doyle from Chicago and is the scheme-familiar primary blocking TE2, directly occupying the hybrid role Cuevas needs to carve out playing time.
