Jaydon Blue

RB · #74

PHI · RB · Age 22

SIT

Jaydon Blue's recent release by his previous team and his current unsigned free-agent status signal a significant downgrade in opportunity and value.

Role & volume

Before his release, Jaydon Blue averaged just 27.5% snap share over the last four games, indicating limited involvement in the offense.

Projected role

As an unsigned free agent, there is no clear indication of a team that would provide him with substantial playing time or rushing volume.

Range (floor–ceiling)

Given his current status and lack of recent involvement, Jaydon Blue's range remains extremely narrow, with little upside potential beyond replacement level.

Risk & Opportunity Analysis (2 flags)

Risk Flags

Roster Crunch
Blue was waived by Dallas after the 2026 preseason and is currently on Philadelphia's practice squad behind entrenched starter Saquon Barkley and four other rostered backs (Bigsby, Shipley, Pierce, Carter), leaving no clear path to game-day touches without an elevation or injury.

Opportunity Flags

Athletic Profile
Retains a specific speed-and-receiving skill set that could matter if a committee spot opens, though that upside remains unrealized at the NFL level so far.
