All is playing on the knee that required a second ACL surgery and cost him all of 2025; even with a healthy designation, snap management through a recovery ramp-up is a plausible explanation for the declining playing time and a reason to expect volatility week to week.

Cincinnati added TE Jack Endries in the 2026 draft (R7) on top of an already-crowded room with Mike Gesicki, giving the coaching staff more options ahead of All and capping his near-term path to expanded snaps.

Cincinnati's offense runs well above expected pass rate (PROE +12%) with Burrow, Chase, and Higgins drawing heavy defensive attention, so any recovery in snap share would arrive in an efficient, high-volume passing environment with real touchdown equity.
