Emmanuel Henderson

Henderson opened the 2026 season on Seattle's practice squad, having lost the final active receiver job in training camp to undrafted rookie Montorie Foster Jr., and sits behind an established top four of Jaxon Smith-Njigba, Rashid Shaheed, Cooper Kupp and Tory Horton on the depth chart. Smith-Njigba is the clear focal point of Sam Darnold's passing game, commanding roughly a third of the team's targets, which leaves little room for a call-up receiver to produce even if elevated. Henderson's timed speed and return work give him a foothold as a special-teams piece and a plausible emergency call-up if the receiver room absorbs an injury, but that path points toward gunner reps rather than meaningful target volume. Sell or cut in shallow and standard-sized formats; only deep dynasty rosters with bench space to spare should hold, and revisit if he's elevated during the season.
