Players are ranked within each position by a multi-source season-long projection consensus (Sleeper + ESPN), then grouped into per-position tiers (Jenks natural breaks) — the same tiering the rankings, start/sit, and guillotine tools use. Within a tier, players are statistically similar, so the order is closer to a coin flip than a hard ranking. The Value / Reach chips compare a player's positional projection rank to their ADP — a positive gap means the draft room is letting them slide past their projected value.

The cross-position ALL order is Value-Based Drafting — projected points minus your league's replacement-level player at each position (QB12 / RB24 / WR36 / TE12 for a 12-team 1QB league). That is why a scarce elite RB outranks an abundant high-scoring QB, and why QBs climb in superflex (their replacement baseline deepens). The $ column is the same VBD converted to auction dollars. Both re-baseline to your league's team count, roster, superflex, and budget — auto-detected from a connected league, or set yourself in the customization panel when mocking.

The On the clock panel surfaces the single best pick right now (highest VBD, or best $ in auction mode) plus the best available at every position, recomputed live as players come off the board. The scarcity guidance watches your tiers and tells you which position to prioritize — when a tier is about to empty, it's draft-now-or-punt, because the next player at that position falls off a VBD cliff.

This is a real projection consensus, not dynasty market value. When a live redraft Sleeper draft is connected, picks follow it automatically; otherwise this is a tier-aware best-available mock board. Opponent autopick is coming.
